Subject: Mandatory Move-Out Schedule and Procedures
To comply with the Indiana University directive requiring Chi Phi to vacate the premises before the start of second-semester classes, the following move-out schedule has been established.
Residents must schedule a move-out window by visiting the link below. When completing the form, please include the names of any individuals who will be assisting you with moving personal items and furniture.
Appointment Policies & Security Punctuality is mandatory. Appointments will be strictly enforced; anyone arriving more than 30 minutes past their scheduled time will not be granted entry and must reschedule.
For security purposes, all entry and exit must occur through the Atwater Avenue double doors. Security personnel will be stationed at this entrance to verify appointments and monitor building occupancy. Upon arrival, you are required to surrender your room key and key fob to the check-in desk.
Building Access To maintain security, all residential floor doors will remain locked except for those belonging to students with active appointments. If you require access to the courtyard doors for the removal of large furniture, please contact Mike Pipher (mpipher@iu.edu) in advance to make arrangements.
There are 54 available appointment windows distributed over nine days, including two weekends. Please secure your time slot as soon as possible.
